Refund Policy

The products made available here are intangible, therefor all our sales are final and no refunds will be issued whatsoever. Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” upon purchasing.
If tool doesn't work on your machine due to our mistake you can contact us and we will find a solution.
If your antivirus (or any other program) blocks the tool, your PC is infected by a virus, is broken, etc; our team will not provide a refund.

Review Policy

Leaving any negative review without directly contacting support and waiting for a response, or not reflecting properly on ticket conversations/support will result in you having your review revoked & if found reasonable, gives us permission to ban you from the server. Depending on the product we may refund you, though as it states in our refund policy, the products available are intangable, meaning that all purchases are final and we are not required to refund you under any circumstances.
